• Device Tokens: Push notification tokens to send you notifications about order activity.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Provide the bill splitting and group ordering service
• Calculate fair splits and track balances between group members
• Send push notifications about orders and settlements
• Authenticate your account and maintain your session

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only visible to:

• Other members of groups you belong to (group-related data only)
• Our infrastructure provider (Supabase) for data storage and authentication
• Expo (push notification delivery only)

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encrypted data storage and row-level security policies. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using encrypted storage.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed. Group data and order history may be retained in anonymized form for other group members' records.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Update or correct your information
• Delete your account and associated data
• Leave any group at any time
• Opt out of push notifications via device settings

Children's Privacy

SplitBite is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
